PhotoQt on KDE Neon may be able to be installed from the Ubuntu PPA. However, you might encounter issues where the application will not start up. This is due to Ubuntu shipping a much older Qt version than the corresponding KDE Neon.
You can always install a DEB package specifically created for KDE Neon by downloading this file: KDE Neon .deb package
Alternatively, you can also use either the Flatpak package, snap package, or AppImage.
If you get an error that some dependencies are missing, you can install any missing ones by running this command:
